Nothing we sell is exempt from your statutory rights. The plainly legal portion of this page is set out below, unadorned, as such things should be.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are in the UK and buying as a consumer you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us in a clear statement — an email to [email protected] is sufficient.
Returning an item
After cancelling you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please return them in their original condition and packaging, complete with any certificate of absence supplied. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund the full price you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of your evidence that you have returned them). Refunds are made to your original payment method. Where you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard service, we refund the standard rate.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, contact us and we will put it right by repair, replacement, or refund. Some absence may settle in transit; that is expected and is not a fault.

Return postage
For physical items, you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service; goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Any refund due is issued once the item is received in its original condition, and may be reduced to reflect any diminished value.
Digital items
Our print-at-home editions and other downloads are supplied as digital content and delivered immediately. By downloading you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day cancellation right, so digital items are non-refundable once a download has begun — except where an item is faulty or not as described.
